A highly experienced Construction recruiter with a particularly strong track record across permanent white-collar Production recruitment within residential housebuilding.

Most recently billing consistently around £220k per annum, this Recruiter has previously developed theirr desk within a start-up environment, building client relationships and revenue through proactive business development rather than relying on an established brand or heavily serviced accounts.

Core appointments include Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers and Working Foremen, with relationships extending directly into senior client decision-makers including MDs, Regional Directors and Project Directors.

With a network across Essex and London Construction, this is an extremely well connected Recruiter who knows how to open doors and, importantly, has the personality and credibility to turn introductions and conversations into genuine working relationships. Clients like dealing with them which is reflected in an exceptionally strong history of client testimonials.

Although residential permanent recruitment is her preferred and strongest market, she has broader Construction experience including Trades & Labour and would consider either permanent or white-collar temporary recruitment.

She is immediately available following her departure from a business experiencing wider financial instability.

Will add the greatest immediate value to a business with an existing Construction platform, client base or developing desk that they can quickly monetise and expand. This is a Recruiter that does not need extensive management or support: give them the market, tools and autonomy to recruit and they know how to generate.

Open to white-collar temp as well as permanent opportunities, although permanent remains her preference. This is an established individual biller and is not seeking a management position.
