This is an accomplished construction recruitment professional with more than 18 years' experience, specialising in contract white-collar management appointments across Main Contracting, Commercial Fit-Out and the wider construction market.

Core recruitment experience includes Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Project Managers and Contracts Managers, with particularly strong current networks across Main Contracting and Commercial Fit-Out.

Commercially, this is a proven high performer. Best annual personal billings have reached approximately £400k, with a temporary worker book peaking at 36 contractors.

A particular strength is client ownership and loyalty. Many relationships are personal and potentially portable, with some extending back more than 10 years. Rather than relying on formal RPO or Key Account arrangements, strong direct relationships have historically generated a high proportion of exclusive assignments while allowing greater control over fees and margins.

Alongside personal billing, there is significant leadership capability. Teams of up to 10 recruiters have been managed, including hiring and developing junior consultants who progressed through to Senior and Principal level.

Following a recent period within a start-up environment, the next move is deliberately towards an established construction recruitment business with a recognised reputation for white-collar recruitment and the infrastructure to support both individual production and team growth and the associated support systems required (training, IT etc)

The immediate objective is a senior billing and management position, but the longer-term ambition is clear: to earn a route towards Directorship and equity through commercial contribution, team development and sustained performance.
